Gratin of Crayfish Tails
A delicious preparation of crayfish to be enjoyed easily at home
The crawfish is sublimated by La Bourriche aux Appétits. They simmered the crawfish with some Cognac, with a smoked selfish and some hot pepper.

- Then, sprinkle with bread-crumb and put to gild in the oven.
