Round and tasty shortbread biscuits with caramelized sugar

Replacing some of the sugar from the original recipe by caramelized sugar… That’s an idea! That’s what Michel and Augustin have done in this variation of their famous small round and tasty shortbread biscuits. A little taste of caramel for a maximum of pleasure, they’re on! We will not reveal the recipe here (it’s is secret, hush!) but these are the ingredients used by the cooking colleagues for this recipe which is so tasty and irresistible: 2 soupspoons of wheat flour, a knob of fresh butter, a spoon of brown cane sugar, a spoon of caramelized sugar, a little fresh egg and a pinch of sea salt.And that’s all! Do not look for any unusual ingredients or additives, you will not find them. For Michel and Augustin, one golden rule: ingredients have to be healthy, natural, fresh and of quality!

Composition : Wheat flour, fresh butter, brown cane sugar, fresh eggs, caramelized sugar (10%), sea salt.
