A beautiful and delicious risotto!

The secret of the risotto produced by the Lodigiana company lies in their use of mouth watering Carnaroli rice.

This asparagus risotto with rocket will make you hungry even before you have cooked it. As soon as you open the packet, you will be seduced by the delicious smells of its ingredients.

To make the risotto, empty the contents of the packet into a saucepan and heat gently for a minute. Stirring, add a glass of water or white wine and allow to absorb for two minutes. Little by little, add a further two and a half glasses of hot water and cook for half an hour. Take off the heat, and add a knob of butter and some grated parmesan. Allow to rest for a minute and add a pinch of salt if you so wish. Bon appétit!

Composition : Carnaroli rice, vegetable stock (contains celery), dried asparagus (2 %), dried carots, dried onions, dried garden rocket (0,2 %).
