This whole duck foie gras made in Dordogne has received a gold medal during the 2001 National Agricultural Contest organised by the French Ministry for Agriculture.

Tasting tip : serve cold on a toast with a syrupy white wine. You can also serve this foie gras with a slice of gingerbread and some fig jam.
