Tasting : Clos des Chaudoux is a strong and sweet pouilly fumé.

Vinification : the grapes are matured-collected on the slopes of Chaudoux. The wine is then bottled only 18 months after being collected.

Aging and matchings : well structured, this wine is to be conserved during a long time during which it will develop its bouquet. Serve cool (12°C) as aperitif, with shell-fishes, grilled fishes or fishes in sauce, with white meats or cheeses.

Alcohol abuse of is bad for your health. Consume in moderation.
