In the great tradition of making the famous pink biscuit, the Maison fossier has created this puff biscuit with butter for infinite pleasurable moments around a glass of champagne. Origin demands it! The « Salé » of Reims presents a slight taste of cheese at the front of the mouth, followed by a more persistent touch of leaven. Very slightly savoury, it nevertheless retains a sweet overtone, brought by its fine striation of Pink biscuit powder. The making of this biscuit with a very round and balanced taste has been developed with oenologist’s advice. The sweet overtones of the Salé of Reims make it the ideal accompaniment to the delicate, subtle and enchanting aromas of champagne.

Composition : Flour, butter, rose biscuit mix 2 % (sugar, flour, eggs, egg whites, raising agent : ammonium hydrogen carbonate, flavouring, natural coloring E 120), salt 2 %, devitalized and dehydrated rye leaven, emmental cheese, malt, devitalized and dehydrated complete corn leaven, flavouring, rosemary extract, natural coloring : cochineal.
