If I tell you that these chic pink biscuits are best dunked, I hope that you realise that I'm not suggesting that you put the kettle on and get the teabags out. No, no, no - we are talking dunking of the very poshest kind. Traditionally served with champagne, Ratafia, Port or sweet white wine, the pink biscuit is a revelation. Creative cooks and great chefs are crazy about it.

Composition : Sugar, wheat flour, egg, egg white, raising agent: (ammonium hydrogen carbonate), aroma, natural colouring E 120.
