The masala sauce Gro Momon from Reunion Island is spicy and very delicious. Its use is simple: for 1 kg of meat, brown the meat in 2 soupspoons of oil, pour the masala sauce, add 20cl of water and let it simmer over a gentle heat. Serve it preferably with rice, pastas or vegetables.

Composition : Tomato 80 %, onion, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, thyme, turmeric, salt, pepper, massalé powder, caloupilé, hot chili pepper.
