Agar-agar is made from several red algaes: gelidium, gracilaria … Rinsed, dried and boiled, it gives a mucilage which is then filtered and crushed to powder.

100% vegetable and natural, agar-agar has an exceptional gelling power: natural equivalent to animal gelatine, by giving an ideal consistency to many sweet or savoury dishes. Thanks to its low calorific intake, you can insert it in your diet.
