Composition :
fricandeau 39% foie gras and pork meat and pork caul, Salt spice and herbs. 30% coco beans White. Sauce: water, tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, citric acid, celery, aromatic, duck fat, spices and herbs, gluten, milk. Salt pork belly 1.9% (water, salt, acidifying sodium acetate, sodium lactate, corn syrup solids, dextrose wheat, sugar, preservatives: sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrite).
