Trinitario cocoa

Also very rare, this chocolate is the result of crossing Criollo and Forastero cocoa beans. It was created on Trinidad, after the Criollo stocks had been nearly destroyed through disease. This cocoa is full of character and is very aromatic. One of its subspecies is the Sanbirano. It represents no more than 20% of the worldwide production.

Manavava plantation

Grown on Sambirano Island, to the North of Madagascar, the Menavava cocoa has overtones of vanilla.

A milk chocolate with an intense taste of cocoa. The aromas of Madagascan vanilla and the fruitiness of cocoa are perfectly blended together.
