Made with blackcurrant cream from Dijon

Dijon is a city renowned worldwide for its mustard. It is also renowned for the quality of the blackcurrants that grow in the region. Here, the two are perfectly blended in a delicious mustard, perfect to add a sweetly fruity note to salad dressings, or to accompany rabbit or game recipes.

Composition : water, mustard seeds, white wine (16.3% with sulphites), vinegar, blackcurrant cream from Dijon (5.4%), salt, natural flavour of blackcurrant, mustard extract, natural colouring : cochineal extract (including lactose), sugar.
