The wholemeal wheat flour T110 is one of the 6 types of flour used in the following cases:

  • Flour T 45: for the cakes (rate of extraction 70%, ash content: < 0,50)
  • Flour T 55: for the bakery, cakes, Viennese pastries (rate of extraction 75%, ash content: 0,50 to 0,60)
  • Flour T 65: for the traditional, white, French bread (rate of extraction 80%, ash content: 0,62 to 0,75)
  • Flour T 80: for special breads (rate of extraction 82%, ash content: 0,75 to 0,90)
  • Wholemeal flour T 110: for wholemeal breads (rate of extraction 85%, ash content: 1,00 to 1,20)
  • Whole wheat flour T 150 for bran loaf (rate of extraction 90%, ash content: > 1,40)

The flour T 110 will allow you to realise your own wholemeal bread, as much for bread machine as by traditional methods!
