The high quality jams of “Aux saveurs de Brocéliande” are made using traditional methods. Cooked in a cauldron, with only 500g of sugar for 1 kg of fruit and without added preservatives, the fruit retains all its taste and nutritional qualities. “Aux saveurs de Brocéliande” carefully select the ingredients used, and add a touch of magic, to offer you imaginative blends, full of flavour.

The sorcerer’s apprentices of Brocéliande have created a a devilish recipe to obtain this truly wicked jam. 2 pinches of viper’s tongue, some dragon scales, a teaspoon of toad spittle… - the rest is a secret! However, running low on dragon’s scales, they decided to replace them with a little pumpkin, ginger, vanilla and orange. The jam is even more wickedly delicious as a result!

Composition : Pumpkin, sugar, orange, lemon, ginger, vanilla, natural gelling agent if necessary.
