Cooked in a cauldron, with only 500g of sugar for 1 kg of fruit and without added preservatives, the fruit retains all its taste and nutritional qualities. “Aux saveurs de Brocéliande” carefully select the ingredients used, and add a touch of magic, to offer you imaginative blends, full of flavour.

Brittany is all about the sea, the dolmens, and the kouign amann. But it is also about apples, Pommeau (a mix of apple juice of cider spirit) and salted butter.
