The high quality jams of “Aux saveurs de Brocéliande” are made using traditional methods. Cooked in a cauldron, with only 500g of sugar for 1 kg of fruit and without added preservatives, the fruit retains all its taste and nutritional qualities. “Aux saveurs de Brocéliande” carefully select the ingredients used, and add a touch of magic, to offer you imaginative blends, full of flavour.

To be served with cold meats, foie gras or pâté, this shallot jam with blackcurrant cream adds a touch of originality to your celebration meals.

Composition : Shallot, apple, vinegar, grenadine, sugar, black currant cream, olive oil, salt, pepper, natural gelling agent if necessary.
