This Fallot mustard flavoured with Espellete chilli marries both French north-east mustard and French southwest chillies.
This Mustard is traditionally made by the Fallot House, in the city of Beaune, since 1840. The mustard's seeds are selected and milled with a special stone grinder. This stone does not warm the mustard seeds and preserves its flavours.
Cooking advices: You can serve this mustard with you BBQ meat, cold meat, and to prepare delicious salad sauce or mayonnaise.
