The Tellichery pepper is originally from the Malabar Coast in India. The peppercorns have quite a large size, a colour from dark brown to black; they have mild peppery overtones, slightly acid and spicy aromas and a woody smell with a long persistence. The Tellichery pepper can be used to delicately perfume your fish, vegetables and meat-based dishes. It can be blended very well with spices or pepper mixes. It is very important to grind it at the last moment in order to allow it to keep all its aromas.
