The Pouret Company was established in 1797 in Orléans. The mustard of Orléans is made in respect of a local recipe created in 1580. Jean Martin, vinegar maker (sixth generation from the founder) and Alain Passard head chef (3 stars at the Michelin) brought this traditional and ancestral recipe back into fashion. Made with a selection of mustard seeds, Guérande salt and Orléans vinegars, this mustard ground at the millstone has kept all its taste, subtlety and delicacy. It is characterized by its strong and delicate taste, a fine and smooth texture and an original and unique colour. It is ideal for enhancing your sauces, and it can be spread on the base of your savoury tarts to surprise the finest gourmets.

Composition : Vinegar from Orléans, wild mustard seed grinded with grindstone, salt from Guérande.
