Confit of sautéed pork morsels with Vouvray

The confit of sautéed pork morsels can be served with a green salad as a starter, or with potatoes and semi-dried French beans as a main dish.

Eat cold or warm gently in a bain-marie for 20 minutes. Recommended wine: semi-dry or dry Vouvray.

Composition : Pork meat, meat stock, jelly, colouring: caramel E150b, wine: Vouvray 1 %, lactose, flavour enhancer: sodium glutamate, acidifier: citric acid.
