Andouillette Fricassée from Vouvray

This Vouvray sauce, made of mustard and shallots, goes perfectly with andouillettes. This homemade recipe can be served with steamed or sautéed potatoes as a main dish.

How to prepare:

Heat in a bain-marie for 15 minutes or for a few minutes in the microwave.

Recommended wine: semi-dry or dry Vouvray.

Composition :
Andouillette sausage 56%, mustard, shallot, fresh cream, butter, starch, flavouring, wine: Vouvray.
