Turkey stew with Meaux mustard

Tender turkey pieces are simmered in an unctuous sauce made with Meaux mustard. A well balanced and totally ready-cooked meal with courgettes, carrots and button mushrooms.

Serving suggestion:

Heat in a bain-marie for 15 minutes or for 2 minutes in the microwave.

Composition : Turkey « sot l’y laisse » (40 %), veal sauce base (« fond de veau »), carrot, courgette, mushroom from Paris, fresh cream, mustard from Meaux (4 %), bell onion, mustard from Dijon, wheat flour, onion, vegetable fat, butter, salt, mustard seed, pepper.
