With a bit of imagination to unexpectedly marry carrot, mint and cumin, and a lot of know-how, to obtain a creamy, intense and perfect muslin! It can be served wonderfully with meat and fish.

Recipe idea: it can be used as a base to make vegetable puddings.

Specialized in vegetable processing, Cap Bio started its activity by making preserves of well-known asparagus of the Landes, and then they extended their production. Spices and seasoning develop incomparable flavours.
