Very common, the dandelion (Taraxacum officinalis) is know for its several medicinal properties and specially its stimulating properties on digestion functions. You can taste it in a salads or as a jam.

Tasting tips : taste it simply on a nice slice of bread or on a crepe. You can also add a spoon of this jam to your cup of tea to bring a flavory and sugary flavor.

Composition : Petals of dandelion flower, sugar, lemon juice (acidifier) and fruits pectin. Prepared with 5g of petals for 100g. Total sugar content: 62%.
