Ready shiitake enhance all your dishes
Let the shiitakes soak in warm water for 15 minutes. Drain them and then plunge them into boiling water for 10 minutes. Rinse them in a colander. Shiitakes are cooked like fresh mushrooms: in a Provençal sauce, as a meat or game stuffing, or mix them into your pastas, vol-au-vent… If you want to prepare an omelette, cook them for a few minutes before pouring the beaten eggs over.
