<Bovetti Chocolate factory

Established in 1994, the Bovetti chocolate factory offers a wide range of creative and innovative chocolate. Presented in original packaging, the chocolates are handmade, combining tradition and modernity. All the chocolates are made with pure cocoa butter and all raw materials are of the very best quality.

“Aperitif chocolates”

The range of “aperitif chocolates” includes mustard seed, coriander, fennel, aniseed and rosemary leaves coated with chocolate: white chocolate with fennel, aniseed and rosemary leaves, milk chocolate (32% cocoa) with coriander and dark chocolate (73%cocoa) with mustard. These chocolates can be served as an aperitif before dinner, or used for cooking.

Composition : 94% milk chocolate (sugar 41.5%, cocoa butter 28.5%, milk powder 20%, cocoa mass/liquor 10%, natural vanilla*). 6% coriander seeds (origin India**)
