Bovetti Chocolate factory

Established in 1994, the Bovetti chocolate factory, certified HACCP, offers a wide range of creative and innovative chocolate. Presented in original packaging, the chocolates are handmade, coming from a know-how combining tradition and modernity. All the chocolates are pure cocoa butter and all raw materials are of high-quality.

“Aperitif chocolates”, selected for pleasure and tasting astonishment!

The range of “aperitif chocolates” is composed of mustard seed, coriander, fennel, aniseed and rosemary leaves coated with chocolate. Coming from a real know-how, the production method consists of coating chocolate and seeds with turbines: white chocolate for the fennel, aniseed and rosemary leaves, milk chocolate (32% of cocoa) for the coriander and dark chocolate (73% of cocoa) for the mustard. These chocolates can be served at the aperitif time or used for cooking. Discover: a few mustard or coriander seeds coated with chocolate on grilled beef or some fennel chocolate on a fish in foil parcel just before serving, or some rosemary chocolate sprinkled on ice-creams or on dishes to decorate…This range of chocolates goes well together with cooked wine, aniseed flavoured spirits or with white wine.

Savour it for the aperitif or to supplement your dishes, try to put few aniseeds coated with white chocolate on fish… or on ice-cream!

Composition : Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, aniseed 2%, vanilla, colouring agents: E 102, E 142.
