Recipe of the marshmallow ice-cream

1 l of milk, 10 egg yolks, 300 g of sugar, 200 g of cream, 5 cl of marshmallow syrup, A few pieces of marshmallow

Boil the milk and add the cream. Beat together the eggs and the sugar until they turn white, and add the marshmallow syrup. Add the boiling milk/cream blend, stirring constantly. Cook it over a gentle heat and stir constantly until the cream thickens. When the blend covers the spoon, add a few pieces of marshmallow and put it in the fridge and leave it to cool. Mix it in the ice-cream maker.

Composition : Sugar syrup, aroma, citric acid, natural coloring, clouding.
