Born from a Chinese legend of the 19th century, this black tea is made in the province of Fujian. The curls of smoke of spruce leaves have impregnated the fresh collected tea leaves and give it this incomparable and sought-after taste.

Infuse 5 minutes, 95°C.

This blend has been made by Olivier Scala, coming from a family of 5 generations of expert tasters.
