With a powerful scent of freshly collected lemon, this lemon vinegar has a relatively mild taste, although lemon and vinegar are both natural acids. It can be a substitute for lemon juice in all your dishes, for example in raw vegetable salads, tabbouleh, warm or cold cooked fishes, seafood… or also it can be used to ease the sweetness of a caramel. It is not just a substitute for lemon juice, it really enriches your recipes!

The oil mill from Beaujolais

The oil mill from Beaujolais is born from a fortuitous discovery in 1981 of a traditional oil manufacture workshop of the 19th century. A few years are enough to drive Mireille and Jean-Marc on a real passion and make them world-famous throwsters, and this, thanks to their high quality products is used by many star Chefs (Troisgros, Ducasse, Blanc, the Pourcel brothers, Gagnaire…) A nut, or a fruit, an oil, that is the credo of the oil mill. So, not blended, only first pressing virgin oil, for a preserved taste.
