A few drops are enough to give to your salads, raw vegetables, meat or bread an oriental touch. This sesame oil reveals an inimitable scent and flavour. Around the Mediterranean Sea as in the Middle-East, it is an essential ingredient for cakes. In the East, they add a dash of sesame oil to season meat or vegetable dishes. Emulsified with rice vinegar or soy sauce, it becomes a delicious dressing for salad, raw and cooked vegetables.

The oil mill from Beaujolais

The oil mill from Beaujolais is born from a fortuitous discovery in 1981 of a traditional oil manufacture workshop of the 19th century. A few years are enough to drive Mireille and Jean-Marc on a real passion and make them world-famous throwsters, and this, thanks to their high quality products is used by many star Chefs (Troisgros, Ducasse, Blanc, the Pourcel brothers, Gagnaire…) A nut, or a fruit, an oil, that is the credo of the oil mill. So, not blended, only first pressing virgin oil, for a preserved taste.
