Its sweetness and its mushroom flavour enhance your dishes. Add a dash of oil at the last minute and emulsify the nage de crustacés, sauces (particularly wine sauces) and soups like minestrone. This oil goes perfectly well with salad of the Landes. Its subtle and slightly sweet taste goes so well with avocado mixed with lemon juice on grilled fish, and with goat cheese to give it an incredible toasted bread taste. Lastly, we recommend it to prepare pesto.

Health interests

The pine kernel oil is very rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, so it is a healthy, nutritive and energetic oil. Source of phosphorus, vitamin B1 and iron, it is an essential supply for intellectual effort.

The oil mill from Beaujolais

The oil mill from Beaujolais is born from a fortuitous discovery in 1981 of a traditional oil manufacture workshop of the 19th century. A few years are enough to drive Mireille and Jean-Marc on a real passion and make them world-famous throwsters, and this, thanks to their high quality products is used by many star Chefs (Troisgros, Ducasse, Blanc, the Pourcel brothers, Gagnaire…) A nut, or a fruit, an oil, that is the credo of the oil mill. So, not blended, only first pressing virgin oil, for a preserved taste.
