A fine and complex oil
An oil with a flavour that is lighter and more delicate than that of traditional rape seed oil. Complex flavours of brassica and root vegetables. This oil marries particularly well with vegetable dishes. Add a dash to vegetable soups or stews, salads, or use to enhance the flavour of the famous ‘cervelle de canut’ (Speciality of Lyon in France: mix of whisked fromage frais, minced chives, salt and pepper).
