Surprising by its strong taste of peanut, it goes very well with salad, tomato, mashed potatoes, and cheese based recipes. The peanut oil is mild and balanced. Without aggressiveness, it can be adapted to all dressings or slight heated cooking. Use it pure for its strong taste or mix it with a neutral oil to obtain a more subtle aroma. It suits cooking with a wok very well.

The oil mill from Beaujolais

The oil mill from Beaujolais is born from a fortuitous discovery in 1981 of a traditional oil manufacture workshop of the 19th century. A few years are enough to drive Mireille and Jean-Marc on a real passion and make them world-famous throwsters, and this, thanks to their high quality products is used by many star Chefs (Troisgros, Ducasse, Blanc, the Pourcel brothers, Gagnaire…) A nut, or a fruit, an oil, that is the credo of the oil mill. So, not blended, only first pressing virgin oil, for a preserved taste.
