Sweet almond virgin oil
A pleasant oil you can eat with sweet or salted dishes.
The nuts used to create this oil are slightly roasted, producing an oil with a finely balanced flavour that lends itself to both sweet and savoury dishes. Very good used in a marinade for salmon (use with dill or basil), it is also an excellent base for salad dressings. Try adding dash to pan fried scallops just before serving.

The sweet almond oil is rich in protein and mineral salts. A good source of vitamin A and B.
