The chestnut season does not last a long time, a lapse of concentration and you will miss the occasion to enjoy these delicious fruits. Fortunately, at the end of September, we are on a war footing and we will collect our most beautiful chestnuts for you and marry them with apples in a delicately flavoured jam, with a smooth texture. Our jams are made by picking wild fruits, a whole fully developed fruit cooked with organic brown cane sugar, because the important thing for us is to give you the quality and the taste. The traditional cooking respects the variations of maturity and content of water of the fruits; it is mostly quickly cooked, in order to preserve the flavour, the colour and the fruit texture.

Composition : Apple (60%), chestnuts (40%), brown cane sugar. Total sugar content: 60g for 100g. Made with 50% fruit.
