Our jams are made with fruits from wild picking, whole fruit fully developed, cooked with organic brown cane sugar, because the important thing for us is to give you the quality and the taste.

The traditional cooking respects the variations of maturity and content of water of the fruits; it is mostly quickly cooked, in order to preserve the flavour, the colour and the fruit texture.

Composition : Wild blackberries, brown cane sugar, agar-agar. Total sugar content: 60g for 100g. Made with 50% of fruit.
