Noirmoutier salt is still gathered by hand, according to traditional methods, for a high quality salt with the taste of the ocean.

This salt brings together two flavours from the same family: sweet pepper for its gentle taste, and Espelette chilli pepper for its subtle, fruity, spicy notes. Use to bring out the flavour and add character to raw vegetables, omelettes, soups, rice dishes, fried potatoes, and grilled or roast meats. It is equally perfect sprinkled on fresh tuna steaks before grilling.

This salt mix is presented in a glass, cork topped jar, to bring as much pleasure to the eyes as to the mouth!
