Comment : this jam is made in accordance to traditional methods in the Auvergne Highlands in the center of France and cooked in a copper cauldron.

Composition : Cranberries, sugar, lemon juice (acidifier) and fruit pectin. Prepared with 50g of fruits for 100g. Total sugar content : 62%.
