Coming from a cold extraction process, it owes its fine taste to the Salonenque olives.

The Château Virant olive oil is a pure fruit juice, 100% natural, coming from a cold extraction process. Extra unrefined, it has a unique taste and a low acidity rate (lower than 0.3 grams per liter). It owes its fine flavor to the Salonenque olives which are among the best olives in the Aix en Provence and Salon de Provence Counties.

Tasting tips : this olive oil can be used for the making of salads dressing as well as to fry vegetables or fishes. Olive oil lovers will appreciate its fine taste on a nice slice of bread.
