Better than homemade fruit compotes

After having worried them by our soups, the Vergers de Gascogne decided to supplant our grandmothers on the side of the compote. After trying this compote, it becomes difficult to affirm still that nothing is better than home-made compote.

The fruit is literally transformed by this successful blend. The cooking is perfect, producing a compote with a few pieces which just melt in the mouth; and we can also find whole mulberries.

Besides this, let’s talk about the fruits: the strawberry, the mulberry and the wild strawberry each one bringing its own particular flavour, blending together very harmoniously, but still identifiable individually. There is nothing more to tell, irreproachable fruits, a perfect recipe and cooking making an exceptional compote. Our grandmothers can really be worried!
