The Château Virant olive oil is a pure fruit juice, coming from a cold extraction process and 100% natural. Extra unrefined, it has a very low acidity rate (lower than 0.3 gram per liter) and unique taste. The Huile d'Olive d'Aix en Provence's AOC label guarantees the high quality and origin of the olive oil, 100% French, 100% fro the Aix en Provence region. This AOC olive oil is made at 60% of Salonenque, Aglandau and Cayanne olives and 40% of other local varieties such as Grossanne, Verdale, Triparde... Those olive varieties give it a fine taste with artichokes, fresh herds, apples and almonds flavors.
