Cold pressed olive oil with richly aromatic flavour

The Château Virant olive oil iis cold pressed and 100% natural. Extra unrefined, it has a very low acidity rate (lower than 0.3 gram per liter) and unique taste. The Huile d'Olive d'Aix en Provence's AOC label guarantees the high quality and origin of the olive oil, 100% French, 100% fro the Aix en Provence region. This AOC olive oil is made with 60% of Salonenque, Aglandau and Cayanne olives and 40% of other local varieties such as Grossanne, Verdale, Triparde... It has a gorgeous flavour with notes of apples, almonds, fresh herbs and artichokes.

Tasting tips : In salad dressings, to gently fry vegetables or fish, or as the simplest of dips with fresh bread.
