All the flavour of wild pears

Homer described pears as a gift from the gods, and this jam supports his view. The pears used are small in size and grow wild rather than in specially cultivated orchards. They are highly aromatic and have a slightly tart flavour. Cooked simply with brown sugar, they make a really lovely jam that preserves all the flavour and texture of the fruit.

Composition : wild pears, brown cane sugar. Contains 60g of sugar for 100g. Prepared with 50% of fruit
