The Château Virant olive oil is a pure fruit juice, 100% natural, coming from a cold extraction process. Extra unrefined, it has a unique taste and a low acidity rate (lower than 0.3 grams per liter). It owes its fine flavor to the Aglandau olives which are among the best olives in the Aix en Provence and Salon de Provence Counties.
