A pure unrefined olive oil

The Château Virant olive oil pure, unrefined oil extracted using only mechanical methods. It has a unique taste and a low acidity rate (lower than 0.3 grams per liter). It owes its fine flavour to the Aglandau olives which are among the best olives in the Aix en Provence and Salon de Provence area.

Serving suggestions : this olive oil makes fabulous salad dressings and is so delicious that it is perhaps best served very simply, with fresh bread.
