Jérôme Pierlovisi has been living in Cutuli in Corsica since 1988. This pork butcher has the special feature of rearing his own pigs. His total control of the production chain allows him to offer high-quality and authentic products, made in the art and the respect of the Corsican tradition.

Jérôme’s aim? To produce in limited quantities in order to give priority to the pursuit of excellence.

This delicious terrine is a blend of pork meat reared in open-air, eggplants and a touch of népita, a Corsican herb with a strong taste, between mint and oregano. A balanced alliance perfectly made.
