Whole wheat flour is the richest in fibres and B vitamin.

Whole wheat flour is made by grinding whole wheat. It is thus rich in fibres and B vitamin but less caloric than the other flours. It gives breads thicker but and with a sweet flavoury crumb.

Cooking tip : use this flour to prepare whole bread or even tart pastes.
