A taste of tradition
This cream is a must for those who love chestnuts. A rich texture and a refined taste, this version of creamed chestnut is exactly as it should be.
Serving suggestion : Serve simply with yoghurt or cream cheese.
Recipe idea : Melt a little butter with some dark chocolate until you have a thick paste. Off the heat, add the creamed chestnut and beat together until combined. Beat 3 eggs and add to the chocolate mixture. Bake in an oven at 150°c for 30 minutes.
Composition : fresh chestnuts, sugar, vanillia
