Brown wheat flour is rich in fibres. Mainly used to make rye bread. In the past, rye bread was onl eaten in the northen Europe countries where the cold weather prevent from cultivating wheat. Rye flour is rich in phosphorus, sulphur, iron, soufre, gluten and B vitamin.

Cooking tip : brown wheat flour can be used to prepare pastry pastes and of course even brown breadcook. It can also be used to thicken your sauces.
