Whole rice is the rice grain when only the non-edible outer shell has been removed. This rice is organically grown in Camargue. Its qualities come from the exceptionnal landscape and climate of this region. It is gathered only when really mature and properly dried by the sun and the Mistral wind.

Cooking tips : whole rice is the most nourishing. It contains a lot of nutritional elements and vitamins in its outer layer. Let it cook at least 30 minutes in boiling water. With its pronounced taste, it will perfectly accompany your fish or meat recipes.
