Extra strong Dijon mustard flavoured with 3 seaweeds: Dulse, Sea Lettuce and Nori. Ideal as the basis of a mayonnaise or a vinagrette, or as a sauce to accompany fish dishes.

Marinade the prawns in the mustard before threading them onto skewers, alternating the prawns with pieces of chopped vegetable (tomato, pepper). Grill until cooked. When ready, sprinkle lightly with a little brown sugar.
